Bookings
We thank you in advance for your interest and kindly ask you to confirm your booking in writing (letter, fax, e-mail, etc.). Your booking will be binding only after receipt of our confirmation. In this way we can avoid any error or inconvenience.
For bookings up to four overnights a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.
For bookings made with a large advance we kindly ask you to contact us one week before your arrival. Thank you!
Payments
We accept credit cards, cheques and cash.
Request for room category/number:
We would be glad to meet your requests for a specific room category but we cannot grant you a specific room number.
Cancellation
Cancellation sounds unpleasant: for you but for us too. It is a pity if rooms or apartments are free though other guests would have been happy to come. On the other hand something can always happen to anyone. We therefore ask you to give us notice as soon as possible. Please note that in case of cancellation from 60 to 14 days before your arrival three overnights will be charged and for cancellations in the 14 days before your arrival 70% we will invoice the total amount of the booked stay (EU legislation).
In case of late arrival of early departure without a valid reason the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With a cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards (see above). In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out a trip cancellation insurance. All information is available at www.reiseversicherung.de.
Room information:
The rates are per person and day for stays of at least 3 days.
The rates include VAT, taxes, services, electricity and heating.
Children reductions in third bed in the room of the parents: up to 6 free of charge, from 6 to 14 50%
Rich breakfast buffet.
Dogs are charged with € 5,00 per day.
They are not admitted in the breakfast room and in the living room. Thank you for your understanding.
Rooms are about 12-21 sq m, with bathtub or shower, WC, fridge, sat tv, safe, phone, hairdryer.
Rooms check-in from 2 pm. arrival possible til 6.30 pm. We kindly ask to leave a message in case your arrival is later than 6.30 pm.
Check-out within 10.30 am.
Apartment information:
The rates are per day and apartment for 2 people for stays of at least 3 days.
The apartments can host from 2 to 4 people.
Extra charge for third and fourth person.
Children up to 10 free of charge. Over 10 € 5,00 – 10,00.
The rates include linen, dishes, heating, electricity, taxes and VAT.
Equipment: living room and bed room, kitchen with fridge and coffee machine, bath, sat tv, radio, phone and safe.
At your disposal linen, dishes and table ware.
Breakfast on request in the breakfast room: per person € 8,00. Children up to 14 free of charge.
On request fresh bread service.
Weekly and final cleaning: 25,00 €
Daily rate for dogs: 7,00 €
Apartment check-in from 2 pm. Check-out within 10.30 am.
